I have been training mixed martial arts for about four years, and I am still learning something new every time I train... at Fight Sports Centre. Brendon Katz, as Head Coach, is constantly bringing new ideas and tools to all the disciplines (wrestling, jiu jitsu, boxing, kick boxing etc.) we train.
