We combine a mixture of technical boxing with fitness workouts. You’ll learn valuable skills, have fun, lose fat and tone up in these sessions.
The sessions start with a warmup to get the sweat going. Then you’ll work techniques on the bags and pads to turn the intensity up. Then you’ll finish with intense exercises to really get the most out of the workout.
Every workout will work your entire body, it’s great for toning arms, legs, bums & tums.
