I have really enjoyed working out with Dan for the past 6 weeks. I have learned a huge amount of boxing skills and I also really enjoy the fact that every day is something slightly different. I am already feeling a lot fitter and I have lost 2 kgs. My general strength and fitness levels are up, and I can maintain for much longer periods.
He’s always on time and encourages the class when he sees that we are not coping. Make no mistake, he pushes us to the extreme whilst at the same time remaining cognisant of everyone’s individual abilities.
Dan is a great guy, and on top of all the skills and fitness he makes the class a lot of fun. It’s a pleasure working out with him and I look forward to every class.
